Support requires of technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on our applications to Customer Support Team (L1 Support), also answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
The Full Stack Jr (L2 Support) technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution, also must be customer-oriented and patient.
- Assess issues and provide solutions for problems that cannot be handed by Customer Support Team Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Provide follow-up and update to Customer Support Team about open tickets
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other support role
- SQL intermediate knowledge (select, insert, update sentences; join, where, group by, order by clauses, functions), preferable in MySQL
- Intermediate knowledge in use of Linux like operating systems
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to our applications
