GROWTH MARKETING LEAD - REMOTE

Responsabilities:

• Design and execute enterprise marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers
• Manage enterprise channel strategies, segmentation, and creative planning and execution
• Manage awareness and intent-based campaigns for new user acquisition
• Manage activation and retention campaigns at every touchpoint in the customer lifecycle
• Manage the creation and optimization of marketing content ensuring it is optimized for SEO
• Setup, measure, and optimize the performance of all enterprise marketing campaigns
• Present performance reports, engagement metrics, key insights, and learnings
• Build, scale and engage enterprise communities in new and existing channels (FB, IG, WhatsApp,)
• Help foster acquisition loops (referrals, user-generated content, paid and sales loops, etc.)
• Help foster retention loops (content upload and sharing, user-to-user engagement, etc.)
• Collaborate with the product team to make sure Valia brand delivers its promise

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in marketing-related leading roles
• Solid proven experience designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
• Solid proven experience managing content marketing and creative planning and execution
• Expertise with tools to analyze data and measure performance to drive strategic decisions
• Expertise in paid digital advertisement and a clear understanding of its ecosystem
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
• Fluency in the English language, both oral and written
• Experience in Startups that have scaled is a plus
