IAM Administrator

Join a team of IAM Administrators in an international environment!

Resolution of incidents, requests, changes, and projects. Generation of documentation and procedures. Perform maintenance and upgrades. Possible interventions out of office hours. Incorporation into a multidisciplinary team for administration of IAM technologies in a large international client. The workplace will be in Barajas, Madrid. The language used will be English.

Duty hours are between 7:20 and 19:00 but they are organized in shifts and professionals must be available for on-call and intervention.

We are looking for senior professionals with experience in IAM, identity management, Sharepoint, Active Directory .... and who have experience in team and project management as they will be responsible.

The opportunity and your key responsibilities

  • Under general supervision, the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator provides operational support guidance.
  • Coordination and follow up on user account administration customer inquiries and secure account access issues in accordance with Information Security policies and procedures.
  • This individual prioritizes tasks as well as displays and applies technical knowledge effectively to support Secure management of digital identities and associated access control functions.


Requirements

Windows administration of Active Directory technology with at least 3 years experience.

- Experience with User Management, Identity Management or SSO /single sign on.
- Experience in solving requests, incidents and problems related to AD, user managment or Identity managment with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy, in production environments
- English level B2

  • Approximately 0-3 years of security administration experience in support of IT products or User account management and working knowledge of large IT organization operations.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Any professional certifications like ITIL , MCITP will be an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge on Active Directory, IAM Automation Tools like OIM, MIM, etc will be added advantage

What we look for

  • Act as first-tier support for customer account inquiries and, requests in the defined Service Level Agreement.
  • Act as second-tier support for the Service Desk regarding account management services for the systems and applications we support.
  • Create and record inquiries and customer service requests.
  • Understand and use appropriate methods, tools, and applications to perform varied work activities within structured environments.
  • Perform operational level troubleshooting activities and act appropriately to resolve incidents.
  • Complete tasks as assigned by following documented procedures.
  • Communicate security procedures to end users related to support activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Applies a rational and organized approach to work.
  • Utilizes security principles as appropriate for IAM support activities
  • Protects firm data from unauthorized access by following secure I AM processes and policies.
  • Absorbs technical information when it is presented and applies it effectively.
  • Determines when incidents or problems should be escalated to a higher level.
  • Works under general supervision.
  • Identifies and negotiates own development opportunities.
  • Works without frequent reference to others, while understanding team dynamics of a support environment.
  • Plans, schedules and monitors own work.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Ready to work on Flexible shift/Timings/weekend shifts
