¿What are you responsabilities?

• Customer research, user interviews and competitors analysis skills to clearly understand product goals
• and user pains
• Broad set of Product Design skills ranging from product thinking to interaction design and testing
• hypothesis on real customers
• Ask questions and get to the bottom of a specific problem
• Collaborate with business and engineering partners to lead and develop product and design strategies
• Create simple solutions for complex workflows which lead to intuitive product experiences
• Measure the success of your decisions with the team and iterate when needed
• Advocate for the user, and drive a holistic UX vision
• Maintain and improve the design system of the product
• Manage meetings and design reviews

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Understanding of business and product metrics
• Analyze and correctly interpret the results of receiving data
• Graphic Design and UX skills
• Understand and have an ability to apply and bypass platform guidelines (web, iOS, android)
