Publisher Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Publisher) in New York, United Stated. You will be a major driving force behind the expansion of a monetization solution for online media publishers in the LATAM market, through the development of partnerships with digital publishers. You will report directly to the Executive Director, US Operations & International Development.

Job responsabilities :

  • Representing the launch and development of a monetization solution for online media publishers in LATAM
  • Being the main point of contact for this monetization solution's activities in LATAM
  • Office management and team management
  • Identifying and build a large pipeline of publisher leads
  • Closing new business opportunities to attain or exceed revenue targets
  • Pitching the platform, make proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Managing publisher expectations to foster long-term relationships
  • Onboarding new publishers and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Driving account performance, especially client success and revenues
  • Performing a competitive monitoring and analysis of potential partnership opportunities
  • Reporting the activity

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the online advertising industry including 2-3 years in business development with publishers
  • Have an excellent understanding of digital advertising technology and publisher revenue ecosystem in Brazil and LATAM to be able to explain product benefits
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and email/phone etiquette
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to sell/upsell using sales techniques and foster publisher loyalty
  • Sense of project ownership and self-motivation working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
