When our relationship with BBVA started, the bank's Design and UX department had just been established and was in the process of evangelizing the entire organization. All of the internal projects that were being developed identified the need for a stronger user experience component.
&nbsp;The area was divided between the team in charge of defining methodologies and processes and those in charge of executing all the projects carried out. At this time, the workload increased considerably, and the internal team lacked the capacity to handle it.
&nbsp;This is how that need began to permeate throughout the bank, and the necessity to have a larger team arose. BBVA wanted to grow its team without making it 100% in-house to have greater flexibility in hiring for projects.

We met with BBVA to understand exactly what their needs were and to define what skills the profiles they were looking for should cover. Once this information was completely clear, our team of recruiters, experts in digital and IT profiles, conducted a search within our pool of digital professionals and made a first proposal to present to the bank.
Based on this initial filter, BBVA reviewed the profiles submitted as candidates and shared its selection with us. Interviews and technical tests were conducted with each person, applying rigorous evaluations to verify their knowledge, skills and experience. BBVA then decided which individuals would move forward with the process and we connected them with the project leader to conduct a reconnaissance interview. The final step was to make the final selection and our team took care of the rest of the process so that the people could be hired and start working for the bank immediately.&nbsp;
The challenge was exceeded, achieving the perfect match with the people the organization needed at the time, and since then, more than 90 talents have been recruited for their team. This same initial process is now replicated several times a year. As each quarter begins, BBVA informs us of their new talent needs according to the number of projects to be developed in their digital team and the profiles they require to carry them out.
Our work does not end when people join the bank, we provide comprehensive support to all people recruited and hired for BBVA through outsourcing. Our Operations team is in charge of following up on their performance in order to involve them in different projects where they have a higher level of responsibility, autonomy and leadership. We support all our talents to align their professional profiles and develop their full potential through mentoring, training and specialized certifications that help them to strengthen their roles.&nbsp;
According to the performance evaluations and feedback provided by BBVA and their respective leaders, we design growth plans and opportunities for each talent in order to identify if they qualify for leadership positions or whether they can increase their seniority level through participation in different strategic projects.
This joint work has resulted in a robust, agile and efficient digital team for BBVA, and happy talents with a sustained growth plan with opportunities that give meaning to their professional lives.
